Job guarantee
Complete your track, meet the documented job-search requirements, and if you are not in a relevant role within six months of graduating, you choose: a six-month extension of support or free admission to another track.
- Complete your track means reaching 100% status as tracked in the Learning Centre app.
- Documented job-search requirements means fulfilling all the job-search and application recommendations included in the app.

Refund policy
14-day cancellation with pro-rated refunds, minus the deposit fee. You may cancel within 14 days of enrolment; after that, refunds are pro-rated. The deposit fee is non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
Privacy & your data
We collect only what we need to advise you, enrol you and support your learning: your name, contact details, the information you give us (for example, quiz answers and application details), and — once enrolled — your learning progress. We use it to provide the programme and to contact you about it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing admin@derrytraining.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We retain records only as long as necessary for the programme and our legal obligations.
